Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have straightened out part of their family situation – they have agreed on January’s custody of their two boys.
Britney and K-Fed have agreed on the terms of January’s shared custody of their two young sons. According to court papers filed Friday, the pop singer was permitted to take 16-month-old Sean Preston Federline and 4-month-old Jayden James Federline with her in Florida through next Thursday.
After their return from Miami, Kevin will be allowed to visit his sons at Britney’s home, from noon to 4 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The legal papers state that this arrangement expires on the 31st of January.
The two signed the custody agreement on Thursday. It stipulates that Spears will use her "best efforts to ensure that no third party visiting the home" interferes with Federline's time with the children.
