RICHMOND by Frank Dawson :
Fire gutted Papi's Ristorante on No. 1 Road in
Steveston around 3 a.m. Friday morning. The fire was confined to the
inside of the restaurant. Fire inspector was going the remains to
determine the cause of the fire.
At this time no cause has been determined . The investigation continues.
