NASA May Have to Cancel Fourth of July Launch

The launch of the shuttle Discovery is rescheduled for tomorrow.

But NASA inspectors have found a crack in the foam near a bracket holding one of the feed lines to the tank.

The Mission Management Team is meeting to figure out whether they can fix the problem, or whether they have cancel Tuesday's launch.

Clouds and stormy weather forced NASA to scrub the launch both Saturday and Sunday.

The weekend attempts to liftoff cost NASA about two-million dollars.

When the crew finally makes it, the seven astronauts will deliver critical supplies and the first European astronaut to the international space station.
